Course Content

Independent work, all at level 1:
- development of a musical-stylistic interaction in a group context
- study of improvisation and stylistic interpretation, and their application in ensemble
- study of the major stylistic trends in jazz
- research into existing interpretations and possibilities
- development of stage dexterity, professional attitude, interaction, expression and communication with an audience and fellow musicians within the broader artistic context of ensemble performance
- the development of a scientific/artistic vision on contemporary evolutions in the various sound palettes (group sound) of the jazz world
