Course Content

Arranging Techniques: Develop insights into instrument theory, reharmonization, rhythm, form, counterpoint and orchestration through analysis and practice to create a musical/artistic big band arrangement. Through analysis and transcription learning to apply big band arranging techniques.

Course Objectives

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of different arranging techniques for big band
