Course Content

- Study of the anatomy
- Looking for an optimal functional position as instrumentalist
- Study of breath, the surrounding structures and the breath taking process as instrumentalist
- Interpretation of body signals to prevent problems, identification of injuries
- Provide sufficient technical information/skills to make sure students can protect their body autonomously.
