Course Content

The internship first of all offers students the opportunity to apply the competencies developed and acquired in their training, in an actual work environment. They will be confronted with situations that can hardly, if at all, be simulated at the university college. During the internship, students will learn to recognize and solve problems independently and to carry out assigned duties to a successful conclusion. They are expected to prove they are able to function as an individual and as a colleague in an employment context. The internship prepares students for their future professional lives.

The purpose of the final work internship is to conduct experimental research around a specified problem statement (research topic), the results of which are then incorporated into a thesis, together with a literature study. Students are therefore expected to work around a specific research topic.
