Course Content

During this project the student will perform a next generation sequencing experiment.

This will start from libary prep over sequencing till data analysis.

This project is in collaboration with the Bright Core facility from the university hopspital of Brussels.

Course Objectives

The student can:

- write a small literature study on an NGS topic

- perform a libary prep of DNA samples

- perform the data analysis of an NGS experiment

- write down and present the results
